After Jason’s awesome engagement proposal to Susan which you can see here. And also after covering their engagement ceremony, Here comes their wedding day! We had the honor of capturing their big day at The Westin at Forrestal Village in Princeton, NJ. With the amazing support of family and friends from both sides, the event was truly a great celebration of their love, uniting them as husband and wife and the two families coming together to form a bigger family.

This winter wedding in Princeton NJ of Susan and Jason was such a remarkable event for us to start the New Year. That day symbolized a new chapter of their lives which is something the couple will be really proud of. The recent weather had a nice warm (which we were so hoping for) stretch and rain the week before, we were grateful that we had some nice sun that day to start. And with a little bit of luck and a lot of planning, everything came together. With a bridal party of twelve groomsmen and five bridesmaids, was all but going to be a fun occasion.
Susan was so stunning in her Romona Keveza dress. After a customary prayer at the houses of both sides, Susan was ready to walk down the aisle as Jason was there waiting for her at the Nassau Christian Center.
The Nassau Christian Center was such a beautiful church, even in the winter time. Also involved during the ceremony were customs of the Minnu and the Manthrakodi.
The bridesmaids shined with their custom made Saris from India as the groomsmen rocked the grey.
We are always thrilled to shoot events at venues that we have not been before. The Westin in Princeton, NJ was a very beautiful venue.
Susan and her dad had a special cool twist on their Dad and daughter dance as they started with a waltz to pulling out some shades along with some moves! As Jason had two sweet dances with his two mothers in his life.
A special dance number from the cousins led by the groom’s sister, set the tone for the party dancing. But groom’s crew were not to be outdone as they had their own dance number in style.
This was truly a joyous and fun wedding celebrated by both familes. We capped off the night with a stroll right outside the Westin Princeton NJ. Thanks to the amazing team of vendors that made this event successful! Congrats Susan and Jason!
