I recently went on a trip to the “Big Apple.” Yes… NYC! I had a great time going around and basically being a tourist. I have a few pictures from my trip that I will share but for now, I have this one.

Top of the Rock, NYC. You can see the Empire State building in the center (which is my goal for my next trip) and the rest of the New York cityscape. It was rather challenging to get a really good long exposure shot due to the strong winds and really low temperature that day. Also, the crowds were a factor. Although they let you use a tripod you can’t open the legs and if you rest your camera on the huge glass that serves as a fence, the strong winds prevents the camera from being steady. I’m still happy with the outcome and had it printed in a metallic finish and will have it displayed an my cubicle at work. 🙂 Stay tuned for the next ones.
