It was a beautiful end of May wedding where we suddenly had everyone “prepared” on that sudden temperature drop. Which made this day feel like it was the winter time. That colder day than usual was crazy coincidental as their wedding was originally scheduled for February this year. Even though it had to be moved,  I could not believe how awesome that all worked out, because all of the images that we got were oh so so good! 

 

We started the day with the gentlemen at Hotel DuPont. A unique touch was our groom’s velvet suit jacket. Which was so sleek and stylish!

 

 

 

For our bride Morgan and her squad, all the ladies also got ready at Hotel DuPont as well. It was so cool to see how our bride Morgan dazzled everyone with her dress!

 

 

 

 

Our couple chose to do a first look, which really became a special moment for them. I could really see how excited they were for this day and celebrate with all of their loved ones.

 

 

When couples get in the moment during a first look, it is such a genuine sincere moment that tells  a lot about how strong their love is for each other.

 

 

Then it was time get those awesome portraits. So we went down the street from the venue to add some outdoor images. We were so glad that we were able to do them. Because early on, it did not look like it was going to be favorable to be outdoors. But hey, I guess when you have an amazing kind-hearted couple like them, things just work out! 🙂

Then it was time for the ceremony, and the setting was just perfect.

 

 

 

 

And on to the reception! Hotel DuPont really impressed as the whole ballroom space was a dream!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Jellyroll took charge of the entertainment just rocked the entire evening!

 

 

 

 

 

The evening went on smoothly and everyone partied the night away! It felt so great to have that dose of normal again after a hiatus of bigger events such as weddings. A special thanks to my team (Wil & Alex), all of the vendors, and Hotel DuPont and made their day a wonderful success!
