Excited to share with you, Colleen and AJ on their special day! These two are huge Disney fans and their theme was “Beauty and the Beast” for their wedding at The Merion. They have been through a lot on their wedding journey that’s why there was so much emotion riding high throughout the entire day for them!
Before we move to our Groom, our bride and her dad did a first look that was melted my heart.

Before their first look, let’s hear their story from their own words:
Our Tale As Old As Time
We met during our first year working at Neshaminy High School, both eager to grow professionally, never expecting the pleasant surprise that would be us.
Early on, we bonded over our shared love of Harry Potter, Star Wars, Disney, and musicals. But it quickly became clear that what we had went far beyond common interests. There was something there that wasn’t there before!
Colleen walked into what she thought would be a group dinner, only to discover it was actually a one-on-one evening with AJ. It may have started with surprise, but it ended with something unforgettable, marking the beginning of a bond that would only grow deeper with time.
Together, we’ve faced life’s toughest challenges: loss of loved ones, kidney failure, and thyroid cancer. Through it all, we learned how to love, support, and care for one another in ways only we could. The storms we’ve weathered have made the bright days shine even more brilliantly.
We balance each other perfectly. AJ brings Colleen out of her shell and into new adventures, while Colleen keeps AJ grounded and growing.
Ours is a tale as old as time, built on laughter, strength, and a love that endures.
